Please call our disability services phone line at 614-445-8840 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Appliance, Mattress and Furniture Center Delivery

Appliance, Mattress and Furniture Center offers professional delivery services from our store to your home. Our delivery crew will call you approximately 30 minutes before we arrive. We deliver appliances, mattresses and furniture. If you live outside of Columbus Ohio, please call us for a delivery quote.

Few Things We Recommend You Do Before We Arrive:
An adult needs to be home when we arrive to deliver. If you need to reschedule your delivery day or time (in case of an emergency) please call the store as soon as possible to have your delivery date and time changed.

Please make sure that there is a 3-foot clear pathway and that all personal items have been removed to make it accessible for our crew to deliver your appliances, mattresses or furniture.

If you need old appliances removed please unplug and remove items from them such as food or clothes before we arrive. Our delivery crew has limited time so please help us make the delivery as timely as possible. Please note that you may be charged a small fee for removing old appliances.

The delivery crew will require your signature on the delivery release ticket to confirm the delivery.

Please be aware, if your chosen product is not at our regional warehouse delivery will be delayed. But our staff will communicate with you directly.
