Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.

when you have bottles inside the door tray you lose 6 or 7 inches of space on the shelf .Also, the crisper bins white strip (humidity control bar) was only fastened with a simple piece of foam on each end. The strip fell out so now I cannot use the control bar at all. The bins are open and humidity cannot be controlled

It's a refrigerator, keeps things cold, my last refrigerator (Whirlpool) lasted 33 years, hopefully this one will be similar. I got the 24 inch model to give me more space in my small kitchen and it's doing what was intended to do. So far so good.

So far so good after 4 weeks my fridge is running well and quiet. One recent development is the freezer door is jamming a bit and doesn™™t close smoothly. Could be misaligned after I had to pull the unit out and put it back in. My only gripe is that the freezer compartment is too tall for me. It™™s more than one third the height of the fridge which forces me to bend down very low to get into the fridge compartment because I™™m 6 feet tall.

I received my fridge two weeks ago and so far so good it™™s running quietly and cools well. My only gripe with this and similar small apartment refrigerators is that the freezer section is too large, about 30% of the overall height. I™™m 6 foot tall and have to bend down low to get into the refrigerator compartment. Lastly the freezer door was not centered well at the factory and hangs 1/8™ too the left of the refrigerator door.

The fridge itself is quiet and runs efficiently. But I wanted to reverse the way the doors open, and some of the bolts are so stuck or tight that I just couldn™™t do it. It even broke the tip of my screwdriver. I was really looking forward to having the doors open the right way for my space, especially for how much I paid for this tiny fridge.

We've had several smaller 'auxiliary' refrigerators, for extra freezer space and primarily beverages, from various manufacturers, but we were very happy to find that FRIGIDAIRE had the size we needed for a small space. The design was important because the others we have had had bulky construction, exterior rear coils, etc., whereas our new Frigidaire is of smarter, more economical design and actually makes the overall room that its in more functional. Our kitchen appliances are also Frigidaire, and we have been very pleased with the design and function of these appliances.

Little over 3 months and it has issues. But worst part is trying to setup a repair. I called for 3 days and I kept receiving a message saying due to higher than normal call volume please call back and then it just hung up. We hadn't planned on purchasing a new refrigerator. But when the old one goes, it's time. We do have a very small kitchen so finding one to fit isn't always easy. Fortunately, the appliance store where we went had one in stock. They took the old one, brought in the new one, and we're good. We actually like this one better than our old one because the freezer is larger. The shelves on the refrigerator door are larger and hold more. And the shelves are all glass, including the one in the freezer. It's quite and runs well. And of course our bonus is the fantastic appliance store where we purchased it. They offer 5 star service!

I really like my new refrigerator. The 10.1 cubic foot fridge has plenty of room for my needs. Both fridge and freezer keeps everything at the right temperature. The door seals are nice and tight. Quality seems to be good. Very happy with my purchase.

The refrigerator routinely get as cold as 24 which is too cold and then cycles up to 40. I™™ve owned this unit less than a year but in the last month twice the unit stopped working, the freezer got up to 30 and the refrigerator to 50, and I had to unplug it and then plug the unit back in. If didn™™t have a thermometer everything might™™ve been ruined. This shouldn™™t be happening in a unit I™™ve had less than a year.

When you're getting the fridfge ready to ship, It takes the same effort to put the two glass shelves right next to each other (as mine came from the factory) or at a logical distance, more or less the logical, standard height they would be used at. You may argue that customers can easily change that, and you'd be wrong. The door needs to open at a 120 degree angle for that. Compact, apartment fridges fit in spaces where the door will only open 70 or 80 degrees. You might think we can figure this out before we put the fridge in its definitive place, but because fridges are replaced after many years, we forget this and don't!

Bought this smaller fridge to replace a still working Kenmore of over 35 years which we keep in our basement. Love the nice clean white look plus the glass shelves & great space on door as well. Even freezer has ample space for large roasts or whole poultry. Best of all-no more manual defrosting.

We made an excellent choice in this purchase as a secondary smaller refrigerator for our family room. It's size is adequate to fit our needs without taking up too much space. We like the fact that it is a full function refrigerator//freezer. It runs so quietly that we hardly notice when it is running. We too had our compressor fail after owning less than two years. The service tech said we should just replace the refrigerator. After just 2 years????? Our previous unit (another brand) lasted for 48 years. I hope this isn't an indication of how long the "energy efficient" models last.

I do like that this refrigerator has a separate freezer, but I wish the refrigerator compartment had more cool to cold settings (it just has 3, and the suggested setting is the 2nd one). More shelves would be awesome, but buying one (they're glass) at well over $50 is unacceptable.The old fridge lasted 15 years, and I'm hoping this one does as well.

I bought this fridge a month ago and it does not stay cool enough. I was told to put it on the optimal middle setting. I let it cool for 24 hours and then put in a thermometer. I then let it cool for another 24 hours. It was at 50 degrees, hardly optimal. I tried the lowest, ™Cold,™ setting and the temperature was 54 degrees. Then I tried the, ™Coldest,™ setting and it was 48 degrees. None of these are acceptable refrigerator temperatures. I even tried turning the freezer up to the maximum setting to see if that would help. It did not.
