Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.
- All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom order items are not eligible for return.

We're very glad that we chose the Frigidaire 13.9 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator. Although it's 4.3 cubic feet less than the old 18.2 GE it has replaced in our home, we don't notice any less storage space! We really like the ease that the shelves can be adjusted for height, the BIG vegetable/fruit bin, the sliding deli bin, and storage in the door for large items like a gallon of milk and 2 litre sodas. The top freezer offers lots of space. And the brushed steel finish it very attractive and easy to keep clean. Overall, it's one of the best purchases we've ever made!

Overall we are happy wiyh the refrigerator. A couple of things we could do without. The "stay open" doors we are not a fan of. We would prefer if the doors would shut all the way when we release them. Also, the clicking sound when the motor is running is annoying. On occasion, we still thing something is wrong when it begins to click. Our previous ref. made that similar sound just before it died. The sides of the ref get pretty warm when it is running. Again, a fear of something being wrong.

Love the refrigerator. The size is just right for smaller households and is good for the price.The light is clear and bright, it's easy to see the contents of shelves and drawers. The compartments in the door are nice and wide. The sliding deli drawer is a thoughtful addition. It operates very quietly and maintains temperature. The only thing I would change is making the glass shelves thicker; especially the one in the freezer feels thin and flimsy. I like that there are no handles sticking out and the front has a streamlined look.Overall, I'm very happy with it.

This refrigerator is replacing an older Frigidaire that has seen better days. It was in the kitchen when I bought my house 6 years ago. While it is merely 14 cubic feet, it is very spacious and I can store all my food, drinks, condiments, etc. I am a one-person household, so I didn't see the need to have a huge fridge. I want to be more environmentally responsive and use less energy. In the meantime, I have been buying fresh food more frequently. I love it and want to buy a matching electric stove/oven and 18" dishwasher to round out my kitchen appliance upgrades.

This fridge is so neat. It has nice shelves and I like how it doesn't need handles to open. From the top of the fridge and from the bottom of the freezer there are places that go inwatd for your hands to pull outward.

The refrigerator is much shorter than I anticipated. You have to squat down to get into the vegetable drawers. There isn't an ice maker, but the water drips in the pan as if there was one. It does the job, but I wish I would have purchased a different refrigerator.
