Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.
All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Custom order items are not eligible for return.

We purchased this as a ™garage fridge™ for drinks and ™overflow™. Couldn™™t be more pleased! We live in sunny Arizona where we™™ve had a record breaking number of days over 110° this year - and this fridge has been a champ. Freezer keeps ice cream nice and hard, and drinks from the fridge are nice and chilly.it fit our space perfectly! Absolutely pleased!

I purchased this refrigerator a month ago and thus far it is working well. My previous was a GE and lasted thirty years, so my expectations are high. This Frigidaire fits nicely into the space I had, and it received a moderately good rating on Consumer Reports. My only issue thus far is that gaging the best temperature levels is somewhat challenging, and the filter-system hasn't been explained.

The previous Frigidaire (a 20.5 ft. model) delivered in December of 2022 lasted 3 and a half weeks before we noticed it starting to fail...the first time. It died 3 times in less than 6 months, following the exact same MO...3 and half weeks of operating properly, and then nothing!

Everything with the refrigerator is as we expected except the shelves are difficult to remove. I like to take them out to wash them, and I had to finally watch a youtube video about how to do that because I was afraid of breaking them. There are plastic clips holding them in place and you have to pull hard enough to get those clips to compress. I had to have my husband hold the refrigerator in place while I pulled on the shelves from the back.to get them out. While I did figure out how to remove them, I've since put down refrigerator shelf paper to cut down on needing to wash the shelves out of refrigerator.

Frigidaire is synonymous with reliability. I have always been satisfied. The new frig is great, have only had it for three weeks but am confident it will last a long time. Very impressed with how quiet it is. Side note, I got lucky and won a new upright freezer, it replaces a frigidaire which was still going strong after seventeen years, I hated to see "her" go. I am brand loyal to Frigidaire.

We are a retired couple that recently replaced a 20+ year old, much larger refrigerator/top freezer. This 18.3 cu ft model is just right for us. First of all, we can find everything in the fridge/freezer and the shelves are not so deep that we need to exert ourselves to get to things. Also, the unit isn™™t so big that we can buy excessive amounts of stuff that we really don™™t need. Looks like it will be low maintenance, easy to clean.

I bought my Frigidaire refrigerator in October 2022. After less than a year the compressor has failed. After calling the owner support line ,which by the way was extremely poor quality, I was given a technician visit of 2 weeks away. Arrrg! It™™s July folks, anyway I had to buy a mini refrigerator to possibly save so items and am now cooling failure with a combination of dry and regular ice. And to top it off, the service call is only for diagnosis of the problem. What? I told them what the problem is. What had happened to our wonderful Frigidaire appliance company?

I live in a rowhome in Philly, so it's a challenge getting modern sized appliances into my house. I previously had a tiny 10 cubic foot fridge, but after some measuring I knew I could get something larger. I chose this Frigidaire model specifically for its size and due to the fact that I know that Frigidaire is a great brand with a solid reputation. I received my new fridge yesterday and it's been wonderful. It cooled down within 3 hours after plugging in and when I went grocery shopping for my normal 2 weeks of ingredients, they barely made a dent in the amount of space in there. For 2 people this is a terrific choice, and an even better one for those of us in old rowhomes in Philadelphia..
