Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.
All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Custom order items are not eligible for return.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If the delivery is refused customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the order.

There is a hole between the freezer and refrigerator side that caused vegetables on the bottom shelf to freeze when they were placed near the hole. Put a cork on the freezer side to block the air from coming thru.

I™™m happy I chose this refrigerator. It is sleek, and very roomy with several shelves in the freezer and fridge. It is a smart fridge, which keeps you updated on the filter and temperature. I highly recommend this model!

One reason we needed a new refrigerator was because the ice maker had failed. The ice maker on the new unit makes small cubes and very few cubes per cycle. We still need to buy bags of ice to meet the modest needs of a three person family. The entire unit was delivered shrink wrapped. The doors, sides, and all items for the interior were so tightly wrapped it took two of us working for 2 hours on it to unwrap it and we even had to take the door handles off to remove the wrap. There is no drawer in the middle for dairy items, just drawers for meat and produce at the bottom of the unit. The refrigerator also makes an excessive amount of noise (compressor, fans?) and when dumping ice it sounds as if it will fall apart. In short, we DO NOT recommend purchasing this model of refrigerator.

I took on a LOT when I bought my 103-year-old house in the historic section of a small town in central South Carolina. It had been empty for 20 years and I knew I had a great many repairs and renovations ahead of me. Some months earlier I had lost my wonderful Disabled Army Veteran husband of 26 years but knew how supportive and happy he'd have been for me even as I sold the home we'd shared to buy this one. It was a difficult move but it kept my mind off the worst of my grief. Then almost two years later, 'planned obsolescence' kicked in and the 22-year-old refrigerator I'd brought from my previous home up and died! That night after storing food in an insulated chest with ice, I sat down and started the serious search online for a new refrigerator. Several hours later after comparing makes and models, dimensions, features, and of course prices at two different major chains, I arrived at the conclusion that the Frigidaire I finally chose was the very best choice. This was confirmed when it was delivered and installed a week later where it fits very well in the circa 1960 renovated kitchen! My one companion Phantom and I are happy--and so relieved!

We are limited with the space as in width we could put our fridge. This one however holds half the food our other one did? why? it is almost the same exact size on the outside but a few inches taller but SOOOOO much smaller on the inside. There is a lot of wasted space with high shelf space between - could have used another shelf that is for sure !!!Our door is also not even on the refrigerator side so i have moved some of the heavier things in the body.

I do love our new refrigerator for a small kitchen with limited in space. This one has an updated look that™™s sleek and modern. The space is sufficient, love the smaller sized ice cubes. Just wish it had a deli drawer but we™™re using a clear container to help keep it all in the same place.

i was disappointed that there was drawer for top shelf to be used for cheeses and lunch meat. also, there was no egg container. i thought these were a given. i love the finish on the outside, makes small cubes, great they have a filter on the inside for the water.

After 10 years of not having a normal size fridge, this was the upgrade we didn™™t know we needed in our lives! First off the ice maker & water, tastes so good, the ice is a perfect size too! The fridge offers so much room, it looks nice & functions so well. I love the panel inside the freezer door to adjust levels. Overall a great fridge. Very pleased.

This is a great fridge and freezer! The size is perfect and it very spacious. I especially enjoy the water and ice dispenser features. I will say that the freezer gets extremely cold and can cause items in the refrigerator side to freeze if it is turned up too high. I have both sides on the lowest settings and it seems to be fine now.

So far enjoying this item, and it is very nice looking in my kitchen. This is my first side by side and I feel that the freezer is a little smaller and harder to organize than my previous unit. But I do enjoy the ice maker and water on the front of the door. Never really thought about it but was surprised that the water that comes out the door is not at all chilled. I would recommend this item.
