Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.
All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Custom order items are not eligible for return.

I've had this Frigidaire for a few weeks now and it's nice. It has plenty of room, makes tons of ice and the filtered water taste great. I can't think of anything I don't like about it. I got the extended 5yr warranty from Lowes so I also get a 50% rebate on the filters. It fits nicely in my kitchen and looks great.

I've only had this refrigerator in my possession for about a month, but it is great. The water is tasty. The ice maker is a game changer for me, I never had one before this. Don't forget to run the water for a few minutes before drinking it to clear the filter and lines or it will be gross.It's about as roomy as a side by side can be. I like that things don't get lost as easily in the fridge so it can be organized easier than a top freezer. Keeps things cold.

We haven't had this refrigerator for long but it is amazing! It cools so good and keeps everything very fresh for longer than our old LG. The black stainless is gorgeous too. I highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone and all of Frigidaire's appliances. Thank you for a quality product.

NEED HELP WITH TAKING OFF THE PLASTIC WRAP IT WAS PACKAGED IN, THE GUYS WHO DELIVERED THE FRIDGE TOLD ME ONCE IT GETS COLD IT WILL BE EASIER TO TAKE OFF. IT'S STILL EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO PEEL OFF AND IT TEARS INTO TINY PIECES WHICH BECOMES EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO COME OFF. ALSO THE FREEZER DOOR SOUNDS LIKE IT NEEDS WD40 OR GREASE FOR THE DOOR WHEN OPENING. IS THERE ANY POSSIBLE WAY TO SEND A FACTORY REPRESENTATIVE TO HELP ME WITH THESE ISSUES? Very quiet refrigerator and spacious. Only downfalls I've seen are the ice - it takes awhile to get ice made and we had to turn the setting down colder for the freezer to help it make more ice and be aware of the air flow (which it gives the warning inside the freezer) because if things are in the way they can freeze (froze a bottle of water in the back).

The size of the refrigerator is perfect for our use Very spacious brightly lit however, the one big problem that we have is with the ice maker ITS EXTREMELY LOUD. It makes noise making ice, dropping ice and refreshing the water ??. Other than that so far we haven™™t had any problems

It's a pretty nice fridge. It cooled rather quickly and was full of ice the next day. I got a really good deal on it and it looks nice. It has plenty of space and I can't find anything I don't like about it. I also trust the Frigidaire name which is a plus. Only time will tell how it holds up.

It works but already on second one after first one had an odd, loud buzzing noise (Within a day of delivery). On this second one, the door for the refrigerator side now (after 6 months) doesn™™t line up left freezer side, so we have to constantly check to be sure it™™s closed all the way and it doesn™™t look good that the doors are not quite parallel. And the plastic, protective wrap it came in still hasn™™t come off all the way even after months of trying to trying to remove it. If I was t so busy, I™™d ask for them to fix the door so it™™s straight. I got it on sale, now I know why. Will definitely go with a more expensive one next time. At least this one doesn™™t make noise like the other. It does keep food cold and /or frozen, so I guess I™™m grateful for that at least.

Nice looking fridge, Frigidaire reputation. All internal parts fit (no undersized shelves) and drawers work. Freezer door a bit higher that fridge side but already at lowest position. Slight leak around freezer door seal at top, thought it was door position. Service call in to get seal replaced.

The small LED light at the top of the unit does not provide enough light for the unit. Ice production is very slow, plenty of ice storage but it takes days to fill it up. Small cubes and small tray makes for slow production.

I like thr new Frigidaire Refrigerator. It fits nicely in my home. It has plenty of space and freezer room. My family likes it much better than the freezer on the bottom. I miss having a draw for my cold cuts and cheese and I don't like that the water is not cold.

I wish the control panel was in a different place. It doesn't get as cold as I would like for it too and we had a piece to break when something fell out of the freezer part it broke. My freezer basket but they replaced it no problem because you're still under warranty. It's very roomy we have a lot of room to put stuff in refrigerator right now we have a whole turkey and a lot of leftovers a. Lot of food in the freeze apart.

Based on the models he repairs LEAST often, our repairman advised to buy either Frigidaire or Whirlpool. So we did - this fridge meets all of our needs so far. We love the black stainless look, too! (we just have to figure out why the water in the door is not refrigerated.....). Once that is done, 5 stars!

I am 6 days into my new fridge. I would rate it a -5 if I could.1)I have the right door bottomed out with upward adjustment and left door bottomed out with downward adjustment and the doors will not align. The unit itself is level as verified...with a level. So, something is not square (opening, doors, something). Not sure how it left the factory this way2)the delivery guys were in a huge hurry, so the big dent on the back was not a "big deal." They did tell the store about it and told me I could get a discount out of it. I got a call from someone at Lowe's about it pretty quickly, but all I got was the main number to call back. 6 days later and I've called 4 times and cannot get a human to answer.3)the single light at the top does not allow me to see anything below the top shelf. Even my 20 year old Maytag had two lights in it. What the heck?4) from the first hours of it being on I have a frozen shelf with condensation, sometimes both, sometimes just dripping water, sometimes just ice. I left town for a few days and there are ice chunks under the top glass with water dripped all the way to the bottom.5)this thing runs constantly and makes all kinds of weird noises. seems like it never stops running6)when they build these, I guess they wrap in protective plastic THEN put the seals and parts on? Nearly impossible to get the plastic wrap off around the door seals. Who came up with that terrible idea???My 20 year old Maytag is now in the garage. I bought a new one thinking it would be better and that my old one might die soon. I should not have done so.I am hoping I can get Lowes to take it back if I can actually speak to someone there! If not, I will driving there to talk to the manager.Suffice it to say, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the terrible quality.

The fridge is okay but the doors are uneven. You must be very careful about block air vents or things will freeze. The installers were lousy and have the fridge tilted back so badly the door slams shut or slams open. I'm afraid that will cause damage.
