Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.
- All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom order items are not eligible for return.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If the delivery is refused customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the order.

- We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when Appliances & Mattress Center/manufacturer authorize a Return Merchandise Authorization on a unit.
- Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
*Special orders are defined as merchandise available from the manufacturer, but not in-stock at Appliances & Mattress Center, specifically selected by the customer.

For a "portable" washer, this is terrific! It does a large load and has all the features I need. It fits well in my tiny condo. I've used it about 5 times and am very happy, but time will tell.

I absolutely LOVE my washer! It large on the inside and smaller on the outside. Its quiet and runs very well! Sometimes we a get a minor error code but that is easily remedied by unplugging it for 30 seconds. We'd had no issues with it otherwise. It washes out clothes very well and I love the fact that it can do so without an agitator. I just wish at that time that we purchased it, that there was a matching dryer to go with it. Its been great. I am SOLD on this brand!

I absolutely love this portable washer. I love all the features and options!! Only issue i have is every website for this washer says casters included but no where in the set up book does it say the leveling objects need to come off to expose the casters and allow them to roll. Rolls very easy then!!!

I used it 4 times and the hose on the bottom in the back leaked water all over the floor. I sent it back. Also didn't roll well on its own. I had to buy a dollie to put it on so I could move it easier. Very disappointed

bought this when our local laundromat closed and after just a few uses it stopped functioning consistently. sometimes the cycle won't drain, others it plays the "cycle complete" sound, only to find that it it never rinsed and out clothes are still dirty. we live in a small apartment and it takes up a LOT of space -- it may be portable but it is NOT small. seriously regret spending so much on something that doesn't work 100% of the time.

This machine is a huge time saver! It has great capacity for a portable machine. It is manageable to maneuver and set up was a breeze. It doesn't make a lot of noise nor shake too much which makes it ideal for y rental apt. It's more expensive than some portable models but a great investment!

Gorgeous appearance, love the black top. Larger capacity than my last washer is greatly appreciated. 8 cycles. Water saver in that a sensor determines water level. Only two casters - I would rather have four. This washer is convertible and can be used at the sink or permanently installed. More important than all of that - the clothes get sparkling clean.

My washer was delivered today and I've been washing for 14 hours so far! The machine is quite stylish and my clothes are CLEAN! Iam very happy with my purchase. I love the wheels as its so easy to move to my sink. The tub is HUGE! There is also so many setting options to get the right wash for your items. Bottom line SUPER HAPPY!

I love my new washer. It leaves my laundry clean and smelling fresh and makes very little noise. The only two problems I have is that it leaves my clothes very wrinkle and that's no good for a person who hates ironing and I also wish it would take more water during washing. When I received it, it was a little bigger than expected.

I had a small space to work with so this washer was perfect. It is listed as "portable" so it was a little different to hook up to a normal water source. The normal cycle time is 38 min. There are many options which I haven't used yet. Handles a week's worth of clothes in 1 load, so it has a large capacity for its compact size. I have it set up about 10' from my bed, and don't have any problem sleeping when it is on. I would definately recommend this product

We purchased this washer because of limited space. It fits fine and hooks up to the existing water/drain connections but is also is equipped to connect to your kitchen sink hot & cold water spouts. It is on wheels so it's easy to move. Washer tub is large enough to handle an average load for two people. Clothes come out clean!

It took me several loads and a few tweaks and a few months to get the machine to work properly, particularly the spin cycle, had to level the machine via the center of the drum, after doing that the spin cycle finally works and now I'm happy with the machine
