Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.
- All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom order items are not eligible for return.

Just replaced a frigidaire, controls shorted out after 8 months . This has a much more solid top and doesn't sink and sag in the middle when a large pot is put on it. Oven racks are heavier don't sag in middle. burners are elevated not flush so if something boils over it stays on top. Just wish it came in biscuit/almond which is no longer available to match

I converted to an electric range from using a gas range for over 15 years. Cooking is more efficient and items cooked evenly. And to have a broiler where I don't have to literally sit on the floor and wait for someone to pull me up is a godsend! I was a little worried at first that it would be "too high tech" but find it very easy to use.

Apparently, all new electric ranges are Federally mandated to use some form of "Sensi Temp" burners, to protect stupid people from themselves. This so-called "feature" makes certain types of cooking (Like deep-frying) almost impossible.

The Sensi-Temp burners are frustrating, annoying, and totally unnecessary. I'm concerned about canning with a pressure canner and making jams and jellies with burners that cycle off and on. Jellies have to be kept at a rolling boil for a certain amount of time. Nobody fully explained these burners to me or else I would have been looking for a used stove without these annoying Sensi-Temp burners.

This stove is replacing the same type we bought about 12 years ago. Real good stove but I don't like some of the updates; 1) the drawer under the oven is smaller 2) the handleon the oven is bigger which makes my cabinet impossible to open all the way. I have to change the opening directions by changing the brackets. 3) some genius engineer placed the handle (groove) to open the drawer on the top of drawer where you can't reach it, especially with large hands or fingers.
Overall, it is certainly a good product for the money but check position of your cabinet openings, mine is in a corner.

Had to replace our old GE Range (20+ yrs old), and this is has a larger oven, (although same basic size outside) faster heat-up of burners and much easier to clean. Love the oven settings and the oven heats up much faster and stays at a consistent temperature. The only issue I have is that the timer buzzer is so low (especially when out of the kitchen, you cannot hear it, but that is something I can live with since I love this new Range). You cannot go wrong with purchasing this Range, neat, easy to clean, everything heats up fast & consistent, & lots of room!

FYI: this range replaces the GE coil stovetop that came with this home...30 years ago! It finally blew an oven coil in its 30th year! The oven appears to be slightly larger which i appreciate. The control board is smooth and easy to clean! I did place some nail polish on the very tip of each control knob so i could see from afar which temp i placed it, as the range including knobs is all white, it's hard to tell. You can tell a burner is on because of the light, but if multiple burners are on it's not immediately obvious the position of the knob and therefore temp of a burner, if you get what i mean. Not happy with the indent on bottom storage drawer for pulling the drawer out, a little difficult to open it and i use it daily. (Liked the way the drawer on my ancient stove was designed). Overall, however, am very pleased with this beautiful, new stove!

We like this electric stove! The control panel on the first one delivered was slightly askew. We received an exchange unit very quickly. It's a standard electric coil stove. We like the LED panel used to control the oven to an exact temperature. The metal shelves are substantial, the safety feature on the coils is nice as well and we wanted the self-cleaning feature which this model has.. The product is exactly what we need. Thanks GE.

It was the model I wanted, with the control panel and the large burner at the front on the right side. The oven works great, and all of the control panel is easy to use. The large burners barely get hot, I have to turn them on high to cook on them. The small burners get red even on a medium setting.

The oven works as intended, the stove top is slow to get to heat, and quick to lose it. Takes a while to heat back up after adding food to a pan. Overall it works, just have to plan more time to cook food than usual
