Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.
- All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom order items are not eligible for return.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If the delivery is refused customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the order.

- Appliance and Mattress Center does not accept returns for any item that has been installed, used or plugged in. All items must be like-new, in original packaging.

- We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when Appliances & Mattress Center/manufacturer authorize a Return Merchandise Authorization on a unit.
- Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.

This cook top oven combo replaced an older similar appliance. The dimensions were very close and the installation was easy as to form and fit. As to function, this appliance is easy to use with many features, one of which is the 'melt' setting on one of the burners. Programming the cook times and was well laid out in the user manual and easy to follow. Brief, very inclusive and simple.

The glass top and control knob area are not easily cleaned by just wiping with a sponge. The special glass top cleaner must be used to get some spots clean.

The GE electric range with the glass top is the first of it's kind for our use. We had to replace a 40 year old coil electric stove that was built in with the house. The measurements were very close to the area we had to use without major renovation. Our son and a friend removed the old stove and installed the new one without difficulty. So far we have only used it one time due to illness in the home. The oven and top burners worked good and were easy to operate. I think we got a good stove for the dollars spent. I would give 5 star if it had a drawer beneath the oven.

This range looks very sleek in all black. The oven is larger than my old GE, and I really like how quickly it preheats. Two suggestions: 1) allow the timer to set at half-minutes and 2) have the knob numbers in bright white. they are hard to see in dim light.

Very attractive, but the digital oven controls are complicated, and the controller images in the User Manual don't match the oven. Oven runs hotter than stated, so it needed to be adjusted. I had to clean up some boiled-over pudding on the stove top, and it was much harder to clean than I expected. I also needed to buy an online trim kit to cover the bottom gap of this drop-in.
