Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.
- All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom order items are not eligible for return.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If the delivery is refused customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the order.
- Mattresses, Mattress Foundations, Bedding and/or Miscellaneous Mattress/Bedding accessories are not eligible for return.
- Appliance and Mattress Center does not accept returns for any item that has been installed, used or plugged in. All items must be like-new, in original packaging.
- Appliance and Mattress Center reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason.
- We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when Appliances & Mattress Center/manufacturer authorize a Return Merchandise Authorization on a unit.
- Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
*Special orders are defined as merchandise available from the manufacturer, but not in-stock at Appliances & Mattress Center, specifically selected by the customer.

For almost 8 years I've had 4 of these exact same microwaves. The 1st one I paid $137 for, this last one I paid $266 & they have all had the exact same features. I've always taken extreme good care of them & they have all performed perfectly, but after about 14 months, all of a sudden they stop heating. After the second microwave, I informed GE of the problem, but apparently GE still manufactures them the same. I am told by GE no repair is possible.

I think this is 'cheaper' made than my others. The door seems more 'fragile'. However, it does have the ability to cook faster and better. The 'reminder' bell I will I could figure out to not continually beep though until I open the door.

We bought a GE JES2051DN1WW at Home Depot back in 2010. It served us well for 12 years, until the first week of Apr-2022 when it gave out. Simply no power when plugged in now.
While searching the web for replacement options, I found that the same basic model JES2051DN is still in production!

It is the only one that has the three-arm turntable design that I like. All others have the glass turntable bumps that annoyingly get easily dislodged from the turning mechanism in the center.

This is actually our second microwave like this. There is tons of room inside, even for large square plates. We have a big family and it makes the world of difference. It cuts our prep time tremendously, because we can heat up several items at a time. The only difference I see between it an the original we had for several years, is the display is set up a little differently. Once you use this microwave, there is no way you could give it less than 5 stars.

Love this microwave. Would like to see two changes though. It would be great to have a turntable on/off button. It is difficult to use large casserole dishes in the microwave without being able to turn off the turntable. Secondly, it's very frustrating to be unable to put food in the microwave and not turn it on for 30 minutes. If you try this the oven beeps constantly telling you there's no food in it and it won't turn on. It's convenient to put a dish in the microwave just to get it off the counter and yet not cook it immediately. My old GE microwave would let me do this. I'm going to wear out the door by opening it every time just to "fool" the oven that I'm putting food inside ( when it's already in there). Just not practical. Overall, though this is a great microwave and hopefully it will be as durable as my old one (17 years).

We love our GE Microwave! Our previous microwave died suddenly and we starting looking for a replacement right away. They were not many available in the area we live in. All that were available were too small or did not have the 1200 watt output our previous one had. Our previous one was also a GE which had lasted for more then 10 years. I started searching online for a replacement and found this model which is the same model we previously had. I got it through Amazon, brand new, and we are extremely happy we found it.
