Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.
- All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom order items are not eligible for return.

The buttons on this unit are difficult to press. You really have to apply pressure to each button. The door is very light in comparison to what I'm used to. Because of this we will be caution each time we use the microwave as we do not wan to break it. For the cost of the unit we hoped for, what we think, a little better quality. However, we're sure this will do it's job.

This microwave replaces an 11 year old model. It is basically the new version of the same model. This one doesn't have a rack, but does have the ability to turn off the turntable, so that's ok. The control panel gives some when I press on it, which I am a little concerned about. I have called the seller who installed it, and they are coming to check it out. The vent doesn't seem to be as powerful as my old one. Other than that, it seems fine.

Our previous model was a Spacemaster 2.0 GE over the stove microwave. We waited 3 months for delivery of this model. It lacks menu features which we loved on our previous microwave such as a soften function for butter, cream cheese. The literature which accompanies the microwave is not very detailed when it comes to using your microwave-mostly legal/safety stuff. The fan is noisy. The door is much more "tinny" than the previous model which was definitely more solid. When it comes to installation, we chose a GE hoping it would use the same mounting hardware to allow easy swap-out. However, the bracket has changed from 4 tabs to two tabs that interlock with the oven. This means taking down the old bracket and remounting a new one. (Also the cord placement changed for no apparent reason). In choosing the $500 microwave we were hoping for much better quality than what was delivered.

The performance of the microwave is great and the look of the interior is very nice. The only issue is that there is a shut off delay between the end of warming/cooking and the actual shut off of the microwave.

I was disappointed with the lights that come with it, had to buy LED replacement bulbs as the stock are SO dim. I don't like the mute button being right over the lights button, I keep having to reset my volume to low. I also wish you could make your own presets, seems pretty simple given today's technology.

I have had this $469 microwave for one day. I have used it once and it works for 10 seconds and then it says to reset filter. It then completely shut off for about 30 minutes with no power entirely and then magically powered on. I also paid $150 to install and waited 2 months for it along with a new GE range. I should have kept my old microwave that worked perfectly.
