Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.
- All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

It broke in less than 2years. We bought the extended warranty, but the microwave couldn't be repaired so the company close our ticket without communicating with us. At the end after 3 months they told us that it won't be replaced and that they are going to pay "cash value" . What a joke and waste of time.

This microwave replace a very similar GE model that was 11 years old and is very similar in operation. We have had it about a month and are very pleased with it. Display light is very bright as others have mentioned but easy to read from across the kitchen.

We needed a new Microwave due to the fact that the original one that came with the house. Our homeowners insurance decided to replace rather than try and fix the original. This was the one they replaced it with. And we love it, It is so much better than the last one. The bells and whistles on this one are head and sholders above the previous microwave. The Microwave is a good value for the dollar . There arr two features that I would make it 100% perfect, 1. a back lite display pad and 2. Use LED lighting for interior cooking area and the over range work light. Other than that is is a real good unit.

There are a couple of features that I would have liked this Microwave to have;
I. This unit uses halogen lights both interior and above range surface light which when light is used it make the interior glass plate very warm. The interior light is not bright enough, should have used LED's instead.
2. The touch pad is not back lit which was a surprise for the cost of this model. I had a GE Profile prior which lasted 18 years. Overall it is a good quality and value IMO.

Replacement for Same Five Year Old Model

Five years ago we purchased this same model. Recently it failed after using it to cook something for a fairly long time (25 mintues). After checking online resources on how to repair it myself and trying all of those I concluded it could not be repaired. This new unit is a 6th generation of the original. I will say that we really love the new unit.
Pros:
1. 50 watt halogen versus two 20 watt.
2. Better lighting within the oven
3. Continued excellent sensor cooking (potatoes, etc)
4. Same convenient user interface
5. Stainless steel finish appears to be of high quality
6. Seems to be quieter than then its predecessor.
7. Identical alert tones which are very pleasant.
Cons
1. Was not a simple swap. The bracket was different and the mounting holes from the top were different although the hole for the power cord could be re-used.
2. Clock light is insanely brighter than the original one we had. (This was solved by placing a precisley cut piece of window tinting material over the clock light, Really !)
3. Turntable is no longer inset in the bottom. It sits up higher.
4. Consideralbly more expensive
The new unit is defintiley lighter than its 1st gen it repalaced and is about 3/4 inches less high.
If this unit lasts more than 5 years I will be very happy. Like mentioned above it has a great user interface. No stars were deducted because it was so expensive compared to 5 years ago.

So far, we've had it for about a month, and I love it. I love that you can stop the turntable, I love the reheat button, I like the express buttons, and how they work. I haven't had a problem with it yet, I did read the owners manual and it works as it should.

We built a new home and other than the handle peeling-the microwave is great. When you spend the money and go with a trusted brand and this happens-it's frustrating!!!!!
