Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.
- All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom order items are not eligible for return.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If the delivery is refused customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the order.
- Mattresses, Mattress Foundations, Bedding and/or Miscellaneous Mattress/Bedding accessories are not eligible for return.
- Appliance and Mattress Center does not accept returns for any item that has been installed, used or plugged in. All items must be like-new, in original packaging.
- Appliance and Mattress Center reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason.
- We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when Appliances & Mattress Center/manufacturer authorize a Return Merchandise Authorization on a unit.
- Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
*Special orders are defined as merchandise available from the manufacturer, but not in-stock at Appliances & Mattress Center, specifically selected by the customer.

Our kitchen has a very small custom cabinetry are for a microwave that is not above a stove or oven. The one we replaced was over 20 years old, and took ages to heat things up. Needed a small profile microwave to fit on a shelf; but did not want to give up the inside space. This GE Profile Spacesaver fit the bill. When the first one failed, the only option for replacement, was the same modle.

The microwave is brand new, and upon installation none of the upper functions work - F4 error code. Called for service, took a week to come out, said they need to order parts and no idea how long it will be. Bought this microwave because of the look and dimensions, didn't have any illusions about power given it's only 800w and reviews weren't good. It's way overpriced, and still I am being told to wait for parts instead of just getting it replaced with a brand new one that works! Unacceptable, don't buy it!!

My new microwave runs much quieter than my former GE Microwave. My former microwave was purchased in the early 1980's. What good service! Happy to have another GE Microwave. If there was one thing I could change about the product it would be to have a door handle rather than the door latch release.

The family likes the finish. However, I think the swoop design of the face was better with the last iteration of this model. Thank goodness GE is generous with the specs. With everything as published, we were expecting to hire our contractor to shave up to 1/2 inch from the opening of our microwave alcove, since the previous models were smaller than this variant. I was happy to see that instead of 12 1/8 inches tall, the unit is only 11 3/4 inches. No extra woodworking needed. All the features are the same or similar as the past two GE Profile Microwaves we have had.

We replaced a 12-year-old inexpensive (base model), white GE microwave and it had a moderately loud alarm when the timer concluded. This one, however, is barely audible in the next room! Also, the black keypad is useless in low light because it is dark. For $700, this microwave should have a backlit display! Our next microwave will definitely not be a Whirlpool!

We purchased this based on previous GE models we have owned. This microwave is way overpriced. The popcorn feature doesn't fully cook popcorn, the buttons are hard to push and it feels / sounds 'clunky'. There's nothing special about this model.

We purchased this microwave to replace our older GE Spacemaker II so it would fit in the same space. The older trim kit was more attractive and and was flush with the cabinet. Th new trim kit sticks out from the cabinet by at least an inch. As for the microwave the previous one had a 0.9 capacity and the new 1.5 and yet the new one is not as deep.

Is noisy in operation and beeps until you open the door. Reheats very well according to its menu inside the appliance. Does not take quite as much room as we were expecting.
Will look great if we ever receive the rest of our package. Still trying to learn how to make perfect bacon on the weekends and find a round tray that will cook four slices at one time.
