Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Dryer was great for a couple of months. Once I had to do more than 3 loads a day. My dryer will not stop beeping. I have to unplug the dryer. So so difficult to get any help from LG. Try chat was on chat for over an hour all of sudden it shut off and told me to call 1800. And then just sent me to a text to find my own problem. LG Im still under warranty. I need someone to come out to fix this dryer. I like to do more than one load a day. Average in this household is 3 to 4 a day. This is ridiculous

We purchased an LG washer and Dryer a month ago and WOW love them both The huge tub so exciting. We can now wash our king size bedding with no issues also this is the first time we dont have an agitator in the washing machine and it works fantastic. Put all my doubts out the door. The dryer works beautifully it senses when my clothes are done. Just Wow Thank you LG for creating such wonderful products

Best dryer Ive ever owned. No wrinkles no twisted sheets which also dry in just a few minutes. Towels take awhile but are nice and fluffy plus the app notifies you when all is done. Glad I selected this model. Lots of options for drying.

I like the two way door lighting and notification when cycle is complete. What I dont like is that mixed loads like cottons and fleece dont dry uniformly. The cycle finishes before both types are dry. So I need to remove dry items and run a second time often with only one item. I havent tried the manual timed cycle yet since Ive only had the dryer less than 3 weeks. Still its much nicer than my old dryer.

Have been using it for about 1 month now. Works as expected dries well. Like the 2-way door opening feature open by the side or open by the top. Reasonably quiet. I am seeing a warning code when finished that the exhaust duct is not optimal have 2 right angle bends - it is the same configuration as my previous dryer so does not appear to be an issue.

Ive had this dryer for just shy of a month and it has been working great. Getting more comfortable with the different settings. This was a big adjustment after using a machine that was 20+ years old. I have no complaints so far have done 23 cycles with it. The app is nice and has a lot of useful information/features. No issues with Wi-Fi set up.

We had this dryer delivered in May and went to install it in June due to construction in our home. From the very first use it wouldnt heat up. The dryer runs on air dry but wont heat. We tested the outlet to ensure it had the appropriate voltage output and called LG. They sent a local appliance company to come check on it. He was here for 20 minutes checked the wires in the back and said they were all connected correctly ran the dryer said it works fine and told us that the problem was with the breaker. We had the breaker replaced and the problem still exists. We will need to call LG again and continue to pay to dry our clothes until this is fixed. We really wanted to love this dryer but we cant recommend a dryer that didnt work right from the first run.

First unit overheated and Air flow light came on repeatedly the first day we had it Called in and a Tec came about a week later. By then the unit was acting ok but he said we shouldnt have to put up with it and ordered a new one First day with new one same things were happening. Called again and got the old phone run around of let me conect you to someone else. Finally got some nasty Woman that was to nasty to talk too. We had cleaned the exhaust before the first unit came but did that again and repositioned the duct hose behind the machine. Now it works sometimes without the air flow light coming on

I wish there was a floor sample or I might not have bought this. The swing door doesnt stay open. Its difficult to get clothes out when fighting with the door to remain open. Wish the hamper style option also opened further - difficult to get large bulkier items in this way. Only reason I bought is that it matched the washing machine bought a couple of years ago.

I have had this dryer for a little over two months now and am really enjoying it. I love all the options for drying clothes. The Wi-Fi helps out a lot. The app on my phone lets me know how much time is left in the drying cycle and also sends a push notice to let me know that the cycle is over. No more running up and down the stairs to check on the dryer status. You can even turn the dryer on remotely. I like how the door opens up from the top for loading clothes and opens from the side for unloading them. This dryer handles my oversize king comforters with ease.

Bought it a month ago and have been having trouble with the sensor. Clothes are not drying. Turns off after a few minutes--will not complete the drying cycle in many instances.

I am very impressed by this product so far I purchased it based on the Consumer Report ratings and so far it has lived up and in some cases exceeded my expectations. I bought this dryer under the mistaken idea that the door would open door both sideways and down. Actually door does open sideways and hamper. Hamper is handy for items that missed transition from washer but useless for emptying load at end of cycle. Home Depot does not consider that a defect so it is not returnable.
My mistake for not checking closely
I think I will like the machine as soon as I read the manual fully. Come to find out more dry doesnt mean dry towels
