A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Weve had the refrigerator for a few weeks and are very pleased with it. The only thing we would have done different with this purchase is buy one without a door ice maker if we could have. We are the exception in that we do not use the ice makers in our refrigerators as we have an older house and it is not convenient to connect water to the refrigerator.

Excellent purchase. love the meat drawer and the space for full size trays good strong milk holder. Easy to clean freezer excellent with the extra pull out in the freezer to hold the frozen bread or ice cream and hides it from the kids lol . One thing I hope is true the right door swings closed and will not stay open to put groceries but called customer service said it was made like that . Bad review on customer service though and for that I will not be buying another Lg . But nice space and well made

Purchased refrigerator through Lowes - excellent price and delivery. Very pleased with purchase. Enjoying the upper double doors lots of room lower bottom freezer lots of room with water and ice on door. Spent the first weeks sorting out where everything goes - very good door shelf space. Really like the ice maker unit with an internal door that opens from inside can then check level of ice in bin. Needed to adjust temp for both frig and freezer - found factory settings too cold. Needs additional freezer divider to help separate different meat groups. Compared very well with options for other brands. Still working - love it.

Not what we expected from a brand new fridge that the Appliance store raved about.
We were under the impression when we purchased the fridge that there was a ice maker in the freezer. There is not.
The ice machine on the door has had issues which we are having fixed since the first day.
Inside of the fridge is nice and spacious but the crisper draw feels a little cheap

We wanted something bigger than the one we had so then we had to make the choice. There were so many to choose from that it was hard. We bought LG fridge AC Oven from Pattom QRS Thiruvananthapuram.
They said the compressor of the fridge has a guarantee of 10 years and its been only 1 and half year since we bought the Fridge and now its not working compressor is dead.
Likewise the oven door also got not working in less than 1 year.
Their AC is also getting complaint once in every 3 months.
Do not recommend LG products at all.

I bought my refrigerator from Brandsmart. The ice maker never worked. I scheduled a repair with them and they gave me no ETA for the part that needed to be replaced. The refrigerator is under the 1 year manufacture warranty. Called LG direct. They mailed me the part. A step by step guide to rep leave it myself and it it worked Best solution and they save me from having to deal with Brandsmart

Im comparing this model to the previous one Ive owned LFX31925ST. My previous models compressor went out and the price to replace was almost as much as a new one so we had to upgrade - very disappointed in that given our previous model still looks in showroom condition. Im disappointed to share that after comparing both models LG has sacrificed functionality as a cost cutting measure. Being in the product development space for almost 15 years function should never be sacrificed to achieve a set profit margin. There are other areas to leverage your scale to decrease material costs without the consumer being inconvenienced.
Pros:
-Very aesthetically pleasing. Looks great in the kitchen. Materials are better at resisting fingerprints.
-Overall internal space very comparable to my previous 30.7 model
-Continues to be priced well for the function you receive compared to the other models
Cons: comparing to my 10 year old LFX31925ST
-Noise a few decibels greater than previous model enough to hear the difference in a quiet room - wont notice if tvs on or people talking.
-Previous model had LEDs on side walls of fridge which gave a grander presence and lighted up fridge better
-Shelves have decreased in quality and function. Previous model had nice stainless steal accents on the front of the shelves and this model has basic white plastic. Previous top shelf has a feature to push back half the shelf hide below to allow for taller objects on second shelf. This model does not have it. You have the adjust/remove the whole shelf if you want to store taller bottles on the middle shelf.
-Previous model had a closed cover top door shelf this one is open requiring you to purchase additional storage bins for smaller items such as ketchup packets sauces or butter.
-Previous model had door shelf separators that allowed for you to have larger bottles in the back and small water bottles in the front. This helped keep the refrigerator door objects from falling over and allowed for more bottled water storage.
-Previous models water dispenser was much quieter. This one is very loud when filling ice or dispensing water.
-Previous model had a small storage slot on the inside of the freezer door that allowed for you to store small items such as ice cream popsicles etc. New model does not have that - not a huge loss but a loss in functionality non-the-less.
-Previous model had 3 drawers in the freezer - this one only has 2. Again not a huge issue but the previous model did allow for a bit more customization and functionality that was eliminated.
-Previous model had 3 drawers in the refrigerator allowing for more customization this one only has 2. Drawers feel a bit sloppy when using. Seems like there is a bit more play in the drawers than before.
To summarize - A decent at best refrigerator that will support your daily needs for a single individual or a family. Plenty of storage for your needs however quality has decreased over the years. Will look great in your kitchen but only time will tell if the quality of the Linear Compressor will be sufficient to last you many years to come.

I have to say that I do like this fridge but we only purchased it because the LG side-by-side that we purchased less than 5 years ago died. Model LSXS26366S. Needless to say we arent too happy. This is your last shot LG. We had to have the ice maker replaced in the side-by-side less than a year after we purchased it.
So far this fridge is working fine. Only time will tell. We feel a refrigerator should last longer than 4 years. Dont you???

This is a stylish refrigerator that is easy to live with. The French door format seems to hold more items than our old side-by-side. Everything is within view and easy reach. Its quiet doesnt show fingerprints and magnets hold our grandsons artwork to the doors. No regrets here.

We bought this a month ago after old refrigerator died. Loving the amount of room in both the refrigerator and the freezer sections and the versatility you get with the shelf adjustment options. French doors are also nice and there is a lot of storage there as well but they are louder when they close which takes some getting used to. Will say getting it hooked up to Wi-Fi with the app was frustrating and I gave up after a couple of hours - just not worth the aggravation since its not really necessary for us to have a smart refrigerator. Satisfied with our purchase and would buy it again.

I purchased the refrigerator on July 4th and am very please with the size and features of it. However the one thing that I am completely dissatisfied with is the water. I installed the water filter that came with the refrigerator and the water is undrinkable. Ive been flushing it for about a month and still taste and smells nasty. I plan on buying a new filter to see if that helps.

Have had the fridge about a month now. The interior setup is very usable. I like how the icemaker is installed on the inside of the door because it gives you more shelf room for storage. Its also easy to dump ice in the storage bin in the freezer compartment. The filter is also located conveniently for replacement. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

This fridge is everything I hoped it would be. Very easy to organize because of all the in the door storage. My previous fridge was a side by side which had a lot of unusable space and things fell out all the time. The freezer drawer on this fridge is big enough for a large turkey which I couldnt do with my side by side.

Poor LG quality control. Refrigerator ice maker is not dispensing ice it appears the ice is slightly melting causing the ice to refreeze and clump-up. Refrigerator has uneven temperatures varying 6 degrees between shelfs. Doors cannot be adjusted properly LG tech. could not solve issues.

Only have had refrigerator for 3 weeks. Like it. Very quite. Ice making somewhat limited. Gave 3 stars only because we received a damaged refrigerator 3 times. Finally a discount was offered to keep the one with the least damage. Packaging and handling needs improvement to prevent damage. Must be costly for manufacturer and retailer to have so much damage. Plus not good for customer service.

The fridge has been great and really increases the space we have now. The ice maker is a bit small in terms of how much ice it can store at a time but if has not been an issue yet. The fridge also looks very nice but the metal covering the front scratches pretty easily and tends to show dirt and messy hands pretty easily. We already had the door scratched due to fridge magnets and have not figured out a good way to repair it yet but still hoping to find a solution.
Overall I really like the fridge and would recommend getting one with a few caveats.

Like the ThinQ self diagnostic feature. Checked it yesterday and was informed of ice preventing the making of cubes. I dont use much ice and what was in the container had lumped together enough to stop it from making ice. Just emptied the container and was OK to go. This will probably be a regular routine for me. I just need to use ice on a regular basis. More afternoon drinks?
