A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. I had bad experience with LG I bought a refrigerator and the card was a problem.. LG did not answer as the potential brand that is suppose they are. Its explanation was because I had sent the Refrigerator out of the country and the warranties had been lost.. Thats a poor answer from LG. LG IS AROUND THE WORLD. They dont have excuse to be solid in its warranties.
I dont recommend instaview refrigerator because they have the card with issue that affect you wallet.

A decent refrigerator overall but the ice water dispenser is execrable. Whoever designed it should surrender their engineering degree. The ice flies in all directions if you dont seal your hands around the top of the glass youre filling. The lever to activate water flow hinges at the bottom instead of the top such that the tilt of the glass sends water over the glass and onto the floor. Perverse

I am happy with my purchase for the most part The knock screen feature is a MUST for anyone with kids. The ice maker options are also super cool I love my round ice Only thing that stinks is my freezer seal is defective and I am waiting on my replacement. Hopefully the new one wont do the same thing.

Bought refrigerator less than a year ago. Ice maker died but once we scheduled the warrantied repair it literally took 5 minutes to swap out the bad with the new. Do we really need craft ice? Gimmicky for a party. Do we really need to knock on the door to see whats inside? The grandkids enjoyed playing with it for about three knocking occasions. The UVnano light on the ice/water dispenser is questionable and am still not sure of its importance. Verdict: keep the fun ice but ditch the knocking on the door and eerie light feature. Every time a new part is installed the warranty for that part should start anew.

Dont buy a Frig that doesnt have the new linear compressor. Its the quietest most energy saving thing I dont know why LG doesnt tout this improvement in refrigeration. Also - I love the side-by-side. I couldnt stand the little flap thing on my old frig that goes over when you close the left door. This has tons of room and the knock twice light-on feature is very cool. I can monitor everything from my phone app too.

This refrigerator worked wonderful for all of sudden it stopped working. The service man came out and worked on it. Then two weeks later it went out altoghether. The service man came and replaced compressor and another unit. It has worked beautifully since then but I lost around $200 to $300 dollars worth of food. I was not happy about this.

Our new LG Fridge has been operational for almost 3 months. It is a great refrigerator and we thoroughly enjoy its features quality and look. Our only challenge is that we cannot the taste of the water and ice to not taste metallic and like medicine. We performed the flushing and cleaning as the owners manual and the website presented We have not been able to resolve this matter. I bought my refrigerator in July it was installed in my new home August 11 and I have not been able to use either one of my ice makers since September. I turned on my draft ice maker for the first time and water started pouring out the back of my fridge on my new flooring five visits from the tech and conclusion unable to be repaired. LG had no problem contacting me when they thought the fridge could be repaired but now its been deemed that I receive a refund and not one single bit of communication. Shame on you if I couldve given zero stars I wouldve.

Bought this frig because I wanted a side by side with black stainless finish. While I found the knock on glass to be a con it was the only frig I could find that had my other prerequisite so we bought it. Im not sure why anyone wants to see a bunch of condiment bottles thru the door but even when the light is off you can still see the bottles of stuff. I would have preferred all black stainless. I love the room in this frig/freezer and so far the ice maker is working well for us I drink lots of ice water and when we had a crowd this past weekend it kept up The craft ice is nice but I wish that it was just a backup ice maker Seems like the frig is missing a drawer as I am used to a deli drawer a fruit and an additional veggie drawer and this frig has only two drawers but the shelf space is adequate for everything. I hated the last two freezers we had the drawer type and things got lost in the pile at the bottom and back of the freezer. So much happier with good ole side by side.

Make sure to take a snapshot of your receipt and save it to Google photos. Brand New tap on glass to see in works good as a fridge door shelves hold a copy of milks. Took a month for it to come in. We bought this model for the Craft ice maker which stopped 5 months in. Went to the app which says everything is alright but apparently doesnt include and ice maker diagnostics. Just put in a request for warranty support. Will see how that goes

Looks beautiful and with great features. Delivered to home with dimensions just a bit too big. All is working well until a month into enjoying the refrigerator the ice machine stop working. Went through diagnostic suggested and the had to get service repair. Order of parts and repair got delivered and done fast by LG service repair. So to be fair the refrigerator is only good at best for rating.

We purchased this LG Side By Side Refrigerator in Black Stainless About 3 weeks ago and so far absolutely Love It. Were so surprised at how much room it has inside It takes some getting used to with the bottom handle drawers and that the bottom draw sticks out - sometimes I think I left it open but it just gives you so much more room Lots of Door Storage and its neat that you can Knock - Knock and see whats in the upper part of the door.
The Freezer Section is laid out nicely. We lose some space in the freezer for the Craft Ice Ice Balls but well worth is to us

Checked out all of the refrigerators for the best one I could find started with Home Depot and found the LGLRSOS 20 706D on sale for A good price but they were back ordered for almost 2 months company that was not very good so I looked into a small appliance store in my city Azusa California and Azusa sales and actually got a better price and a lesser delivery and set up cost than Home Depot I am very pleased with our new refrigerator

My husband bought this without me. I wasnt sure I would like it but after having it for awhile I love it. Its so big and roomy I love the Craft ice balls. They last a lot longer then regular size ice cubes. I live in Arizona so having cold drinks is important. I use the air fryer in the oven a lot so it doesnt heat up the kitchen. We are getting new cabinets in a couple of weeks. Cant wait to see it all come together

The second time the delivery crew showed up to take the unit inside they found a dent in the door. Too late to send back due to Home Depots policy We had to have the delivery crew come back for a third time to get the fridge into the house. When they put the fridge on a dolly the right hand door fell off ripping the harness out of the door. Doors just dont fall offespecially when it was only a couple inches off the ground. I have spoken with LG numerous times. They sent AE factory service out to replace the doors. New doors were ordered only one showed up and it was damaged. Not to mention the service company never showed up to replace the doors and in conversation with LG CS I learned the work order was marked as completed. I have asked LG to replace the unit or refund my money. I have even contacted the BBB for help and and I am still fighting with LG 3 months later leaving my family including three children with no fridge in my house as we bought a new house with no appliances. Now here we sit 3 and a half months into our 1 year factory warranty and the unit hasnt even been plugged in. Based on my customer experience runrun far away from LG. DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS. They train their customer service representatives to tell you what you want to hear with empty promises and no follow through except to send you an email asking you to write a review for a product you arent even able to use.

Im very disappointed to say the doors slam loudly on the refrigerator there is no mechanism to slow up the closing process. Ive contacted LG to come out and they said it needs to be leveled which they did not provide services for unfortunately. Hey suggested I buy floor levelers to stop the fridge from shaking. Suddenly the issue went from door slamming to my floor not being level which is not the issue.The refrigerator is now levedl and the door still slams. There is no soft suction close like a typical refrigerator. I am getting no assistance with this and today make 90 days Ive had this refrigerator. Lowes is not helping neither is LG. Very embarrassing to have such a beautiful refrigerator and the door slams loudly very embarrassing when company is over.

Stopped works for making Craft ice. Sevice person has come 4 times. Every time they need to order a part. Craft ice now works but the light when you knock doesnt now. How in the world can the parts not exist or be on backorder if this is a new fridge. This has all been going on now for about a month and a half and still not fixed. not acceptable and definitely not good service.

Love the refrigerator with the freezer on one side and edge to edge Instaview for easy view inside with out opening the door. This refrigerator makes my house look even more modern. Especially when I serving more then one guess and need extra ice with the dual ice maker with craft ice give plenty and plus the draft round ice makes it look really cool.

This fridge was purchased more as a want than for anything else. I love the craft ice. I love the view in window feature where you can either just look through or tap the screen to turn on the light. There is a ton of room in both the freezer and fridge portion and it is nice and classy looking. Not exactly fingerprint resistant like it says but I still love it anyway.
