Return Policy
A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. - Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. If any merchandise is exchanged because "it didn't fit" an additional delivery and removal fee will be charged.

Since this unit replaced a 21-year old unit I think its a bit premature to rave. Time will tell. Check back later.
I think the unit is not quite beautiful but certainly good to look at 2 circles on a white field and outwardly well designed. The controls are well positioned and for the most part clear in their iconography. On-off start-stop dry this way or that way. Same for the washer. I avoided the wifi connection after it failed to initialize properly the first time I have no need to check the wash while in the car. The clothes are very clean. I believe I save lots of water and soap in part owing to the slightly tipped wash tub. The instructions of wipe downs and cleaning the dryer filter are very important since most modern machines have the propensity to smell if not properly aired. I think too many of us think no maintenance is a fine paradigm. Anyway it is a great unit that attends to our needs in our 2-person household. Recommended.

A bit early to write a review as durability and longevity are part of overall satisfaction. We have been using the Tower for a few weeks. Very welcome large capacity in a modest footprint. Controls are easy to read and use. The manual was a bit daunting but we just used what we needed to get a load washed and dried. Lovely doors against the well painted body. I think the installing tech had an easy time doing their part. Well done LG.

I have a tiny laundry room. When my 35 yr old dryer died even though my 2 yr old LG washer was fine I took a leap and bought the tower to make more room. The washer has many of the features my top load had so Im happy. Love it love it. Makes laundry day almost fun

I am mostly happy with this washer dryer. It fits in our small area. My only complaint is that it is a smart dryer so it will sense when things are dry. Although sometimes things arent dry and it will continue to end the cycle even if the items arent dry.

I love the price and the size but the installer checked the unit a lie and after they left I washed a load then tried to dry them..... The dryer will not heat. Bought from Best Buy so they have to deliver a new unit......in February 2 months with no washer/dryer. Very displeased with LG and Best Buy. I ordered this unit 11/23/22........

I have been using my wash tower for 5 or 6 months now and have been impressed with the cleaning ability. We have a 4 year old who still has occasional potty accidents and this washer is able to fully remove all scent and stains. The features included in the accompanied app are also great you can track energy usage and be reminded when it is time to clean the washer drum. Even the small but pleasant feature that detects the cycle used on the washer and automatically applies that cycle to the dryer when powered on.
I would certainly recommend this wash tower to anyone.

I bought these through Costco during a very big sale they had earlier this month. They replace a pair that was over 15 years old. They are so quiet have so many optional cycles its hard to believe. I love the downloadable cycle option through the LG App. I have used it several times already for special purpose washing and drying. I cannot say enough good things about this pair the deal I got at Costco and the Warranty they offer. I also have an LG dishwasher bought earlier this year. It gets the same rave review from me too.

Received delivery of our LG ThinQ washer and dryer combo. Washed one load of laundry using normal operation. When cycle had completed the load was soaking wet. Had to use another spin cycle to adequately drain the load. Put the load in the dryer. Dryer made so much noise upon rotating that we had to stop the operation. Waiting for technician to look at the tower. Really disappointed in the quality and performance of the tower

Bought this about a month ago So far so good. Love that the app tells me when my cycles are finished reminds me when I need to run a clean wash cycle. On a weird side customer service knows nothing about the actual machine. Also the remote start function they advertise in the commercial is t as handy as you would think. You have to turn the machine on physically hit remote and then u can remote start from the app and hope it hasnt went off with timing out. Its a safety feature which I get but its kinda useless. Unless you live in a 2 story house and realize you didnt hit start

For the most part we love the LG Washer and Dryer tower We are having an unexpected problem though. We are getting blue dye stains on the white laundry At first I thought it was from the Tide Downy pods we were using. When I switched to a white powder laundry detergent we kept getting blue dye marks on our clothes. We are going to try the product A Fresh tabs to clean the machine - as recommended by our appliance company. It would be highly unlikely that we left a pen or marker in our clothes - and why would this continue load after load? Any more suggestions to fix this problem???

We wanted more floor space in our laundry room so looked at stackable units. My wife is on the less tall side so some stacked units were out because controls too high
This LG is great because all controls are at waist level. Also like the idea of a single unit rather than 2 bolted together.
The washer and dryer are quiet and do a great job of washing and drying.
The looks of the unit is clean and modern. The WiFi capability is nice letting you know when washing or drying is finished.

Easy to use and access for the shorter person especially the controls being centrally located at mid-level. Quiet efficient operation of washer all very smooth. Dryer efficient though we do not use the power saving features in the interest of quickly getting the job done. Almost no vibration so very well balanced. Tower design saves space in a small laundry area such as ours. Attractive clean appearance that makes our area look more modern than it is.
