We love this front load washer Its huge and the stackable kit saved us a lot of space. The only downside which Im not so happy about is the door. I thought it would be glass or at least a hard plastic. Its actually a very soft plastic and if you push a little on it you can feel have fragile it is. It almost cracked when we were moving it into place.

Im loving my new washer and dryer the sleek look and square doors make for a modern laundry room. As a mother of 4 I do laundry about everyday. Having the large capacity allows me to tackle more at once - also the normal cycle is quick. I connected the washer to our home wifi so it notified me when the cycle is completed. Tip of advice is to measure the doorway and space as we had to remove our baseboard to allow for a slightly larger set.

I purchased my LG washer and dryer a month ago. I did my research and found that LG front load washer this model was rated very highly. I have had several LGs in the past and found that they wore out very fast. Fast forward to new technology style service and support. The dryer has several options including the steam dry which I LOVE. I had visitors with a small child for 2 weeks. The baby wet the bed every day which meant I washed every day. The sanitizing setting did the trick and i was able to set the size of the load so I saved on water usage. Love Love Love it. The bedding setting is awesome. So many positive features that really do what they say they will do. The overall design is slick and sexy. Looks more expensive that it is.. Although NOT cheap

Ive had this set for a proximately two months now and love My dryer was a wedding present 20 years ago but it was time to go. I was really nervous about finding a good dryer. A lot of ones I had used at friends houses or Airbnbs didnt seem to dry the clothes. I have no problems with this one at all I have not really used any of the features so I cant comment on those.

Bought this LG product under a year ago. After waiting a month and a half for multiple parts and multiple tech visits it is still not working. LG claims they will only replace the unit once it is broken for 90 days. So much for standing by a product that is so spendy.

I bought this after my divorce and my ex took everything including the appliances. I have 2 kids and needed something they called uber washer. I love the extra capacity size perfect for larger items like comforters and blankets. I am able to reduce the loads of laundry to one instead of thee or more and thus using less well water and cutting my time by 2/3rds. There is a feature for extra rinse that helps with larger loads such as comforters and large blankets. Its amazing and energy efficient. I am so happy that i found the perfect unit for my family cant say enough about this unit if you have the room it is a great investment and the price was reasonable for all its amenities.

We like that the drum is super stainless steel easy to self clean itself. Door can be places in partial shut when not in use which dries out the interior preventing the mold algae etc buildup. Like our last LG washer it gives a super wash. We find bending over to get to the back of the drum when unloading is difficult alternative is to get a stand or item to make it higher. A couple of the setting do not spin and spun out to dry well on the spin cycle = take getting used to. But on the other cycles it super spins out the moisture thoroughly. If as often happens one of us bumps the front knob it shuts off but does not come back on to the same wash cycle where it left off so it all has to be started again. Then again it is really likely we are not understanding the instructions well. We could be calling the LG help people and maybe solve the few issues we have?

The washer is an excellent upgrade from our 8 year old LG 4.5. Performs very well and loads of features. The Smart Home features and functionality is a Joke though. LG claims integration with Alexa but dont expect much. The most important need is to tell you when its started or when its done and that is not possible via Alexa alone. You will need to perform some Smart Home Gymnastics via Smartthings Hubitat Home Assistant or the like to get it to do the most important function. LG does not offer any real type of Smart Home integration. That said it is a really good washer.

We bought our first LG Washer in 2008. It worked great for 15 years and if we had chosen to get it repaired this year when a water pump stopped functioning it might have worked another ten years. But we bought the new LG and love the new electronics. It runs quietly efficiently and loads are finished in less time. It is truly a work horse.

I have had door errors when the door is closed and LG doesnt have any record of this problem. Wash time does not get clothes clean. LG has no idea and claims nothing is wrong with a full normal default of only 28 minutes. Clothes dont smell clean at all.
Ironically we have an LG top load in another house that washes nearly twice as long on default. Top loads are supposed to have shorter wash cycles due to larger amount of water used.
I have returned several washers with door errors. My recent machine gave a different door error closed but not locked This happened one week after delivery. What is going on with quality control?

This machine was an impromptu Christmas gift. My old machine died and my husband asked me what Id really like. My best friend had purchased LG before and loved hers. Another friend had been told by her repairman to buy LG. This is my first HE machine. Im loving it so far. My clothes are clean. The machine can handle large loads. I can download specialized cycles if needed. At the end of each cycle it plays a little tune which I think is pretty neat. I leave the door open between uses to keep the gasket dry. Im sure Im places where the humidity is always high that may not be a useable strategy but here where we are rarely over 10 its perfect.

Weve had this a few weeks and really like it so far. Seems to do a great job. Easy to use. I like having the smart features more than I expected getting a notice on the phone or Alexa when the load is done is pretty handy. We seem to have an issue with the door lock sensor being super sensitive - not sure if its us the sensor or common. But happy nonetheless.

I really like that its so big and the description bragged that you could wash bedding all in one load. Well I put a full size comforter a fluffy but very light one and just the sheets in one load and it took forever. It kept getting off balance and stopping. I finally had to take all the wet sopping items out and finish washing them separately. That leads to the next problem. There is no option for just spinning the load again. I wish there were more options. I have the same complaint with the dryer. The clothes do not get dry enough and there is no option to just dry for 15 for minutes for example. You cant make up a bed with damp bedding or fold and put away damp clothes

We replaced a top loader calypso washer to get better washing and skip the laundromat for bulkier items. We couldnt be happier. Whites finally com out whiter it was well worth the expense. LG for life.
