A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. We had the washing machine for a month and it started leaking. Apparently it came from the manufacturer with out a gasket that kept water in the tub. Have to get it replaced since the part is unavailable. LG is going to replace the unit due to the lack of the part. We do appreciate that.

Many other reviewers seem to be very happy with the model. But like the other poor reviews we find this model frequently does not add enough water leaving clothes dry and unclean unless using Deep Wash/fill. This is not user error: weve watched the LG video were loading correctly and not over- or under-loading using the correct type and qty of detergent no soft water etc. Are there any prior cases with this issue in which LG asked the consumer to contact them for further support that contain an update from the consumer stating they were in fact helped and had the problem rectified? If so what was the remedy?

Does not wash properly. Regular soil does not get removed. Lint debris and detergent are regularly still on clothes after the wash cycle is finished. Several phone calls emails and service calls and nothing has helped. Terrible service from LG.

10 months old and it broke while I was washing a thin mattress pad. The machine moved with such force that it made a huge dent in the dryer that was Also 10 months old and made both unable to be repaired. My Wawas voided simply because I washed a mattress pad. Ive been washing mattress pads in my washer since 1974 and never had a machine act the way this one did.

My washer was delivered in May 2023. Since then I have found the only thing this washer is good for is washing bedding and comforters. The simple things like regular clothes washing has MUCH to be desired There is NEVER enough water to get all the clothes wet most if the clothes are 3/4 out of the water the entire wash cycle leaves soap on the clothes resulting in needing to wash again or be forced to fill the entire tub with water...not efficient Have chatted with support talked to support and I get..this is a high efficiency washer . THAT answer does NOT address the problem with the machine. I even wrote the president was even promised a phone call within the hour...HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EITHER The lack of support is astonishing This product should be pulled

This washer has everything I need to get my laundry clean. The only issue I have is I am only 55 and the tub is so big that I cannot reach small items on the bottom without something to reach them. The washer is quieter than my last LG that lasted under 18 months. Because of the good Consumer Reports review I bought this model. I did not buy the horrible Lowes extended warranty that left me without a washer for three weeks. Getting back to the washer it gets clothes clean and is not as loud as the last LG I had.

I bought the washer and dryer 4-27-23 and they were delivered 5-3-23. I did the normal things putting it on Perm.Press with the HE soap. The machine put in some water and started swishing the clothes. By the final spin cycle the clothes were twisted and knotted together. After drying some of the blouses had wrinkles have not come out after several more washings. After printing further instructions from the internet I scheduled a technician for 5-31-23. He checked the washer and dryer. Looked at several of the washed and dried clothes and said they were not clean. He gave me a few hints and left. I could go on but enough said.

We bought this had it delivered and with in 24 hours was giving a code d80 had the vents cleaned same thing moved to Colorado and same thing had someone come out clear the vents and same error code d80 and d90 called LG they were not helpful at all. Said because my heating element worked it was fine

I bought this washer only 1 week ago. The rinse cycle in all cycles with the exception of the deep fill cycle is completely inadequate. The rinse cycle only in all the high efficiency modes only sprays the cloth during wash spin cycle. Imagine if you will that after the spin cycle to drain the wash water all the cloths are pushed to the side of the drum and cloths stacked on top of each other. Than the cloths get sprayed with the jet spray while spinning to extract the water through the cloths as the drum spins. The cloths on the bottom of the drum on get rinse water that passes through the cloths on top. The cloths that get the direct spray likely get the best rinse but the cloths on the bottom or covered by other cloths cannot get rinsed as thoroughly as the cloths on top. Most high efficiency washers have a rinse cycle that fills the drum like the wash cycle agitates then drains and spins. Not this one. If that is what you expect look elsewhere.

The sales person was very helpful and steered us to the LG washer with an agitator. Machine doesnt add enough water to cover the clothes and move them around unless you select deep wash which precludes many other settings. I wanted to use Normal Wash as my default mode which is a shorter time but because of this issue I am forced to go to Deep Wash. I chose this machine because it was highly recommended by Consumer Reports. I still think this is a great machine but these sensors definitely need to be tweaked to raise the water level not to the clothes line but several inches above.

I saw this had a high rating on Consumer Reports so I bought it. I have been sorry since the first time I used it. Im an average sized woman but have difficulty reaching the bottom of the drum to remove the wet clothes. I dont like that I cant select the height of the water or the temperature on some settings. I dont like that I cant add an article of clothing once the cycle has started because the lid is locked. I thought I would get used to it after a while and like it but that hasnt happened. If I was a rich person I would sit this out at the curb along with the matching dryer put a free sign on it and go buy something else.

I had this washer about a couple years. Its fine but the normal cycle sucks. It barely uses water to wash your laundry. How can it save on water if I have to throw clothes back in the washer to get soap out of my clothes. I had a black pair of shorts in the wash on normal. When the wash was complete there were white stains on my black shorts from the laundry soap because it used very little water. It spends more time spinning the clothes than washing them with the little water it uses. If it used more water then there wouldnt any problem. The washer was half filled with laundry but only used less than a 1/8 tub of water. How can you go by how much laundry soap to use on the laundry detergent containers. They all go by bar 1 for medium loads when this washer doesnt fill that much of water leaving white stains on the laundry. Im never buying another LG product.

It washes the clothes well but i can not reach into the bottom of the washer to retrieve clothes to take them out Its too deep I have to use a gripper grabber to get the last smaller items out Got talked into this model because the one I wanted was on indefinite backorder.
